These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Integratide website and your purchase of any products offered through it (the “Products”). By accessing this site, placing an order, or confirming the age and research-use acknowledgements at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any Products.
1. Eligibility & age requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this site or place an order. Products are sold solely to qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions for legitimate research purposes. By ordering, you represent that you are purchasing in that capacity and that you are authorized to do so. We may request proof of eligibility and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Research use only
All Products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for any use. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, or administration. You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, use, storage, and disposal of all Products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice.
3. Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur; if a product’s price or description is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Once payment is confirmed, an order generally cannot be modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is placed on hold until payment is received and confirmed. You must follow the payment instructions shown at checkout, including any reference or order number we ask you to include, so that we can match your payment; orders without a correct, matching payment cannot be processed and may be cancelled. You are responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider may charge.
If anything looks wrong with your order, please contact us first — most issues are sorted out quickly, and we’d always rather fix the problem directly. We ask that you give us a chance to put things right before opening a chargeback or other payment dispute. If a dispute is filed, we may share order, payment, and delivery records with the relevant payment provider in order to respond to it, and we may decline future orders where a dispute was raised without first contacting us.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the Products to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for losses arising from an incorrect or undeliverable address you provide. Once carrier tracking shows delivery to the address you entered, our delivery obligation has been met. 6. Returns & refunds
Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final and Products are non-returnable once shipped. Refunds, where granted at our discretion, are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. A return we agree to accept that is not the result of our error may be subject to a restocking fee. 7. Compliance & lawful use
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of the Products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and with the policies of your institution. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or relabel the Products, and not to use or represent them for any human, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Products and this site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integratide and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use or misuse of the Products or this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integratide and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Products, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Privacy
Your use of the site and any personal information you provide are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or purchase of Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
